1. Services Provided

Espy Repair LLC provides repair services for mobile devices, computers, tablets, and gaming consoles. All services are performed at our discretion and subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Estimates and Payment

Estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on actual device condition. Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. A 50% deposit may be required for mail-in repairs.

3. Data Loss

Espy Repair LLC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or theft that occurs during the repair process. We recommend backing up your data before service. While we take precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its safety.

4. Warranty

Your Limited Warranty: We stand behind our work. Our warranty covers defects in parts and labor but strictly excludes accidental damage, physical breakage (cracks), liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse/software tampering.
Repair Services (1 Year): Guaranteed for 365 days.
Note: iPhone logic board repairs, data recovery, and liquid damage repairs carry NO warranty due to the nature of the damage.
Pre-Owned Devices (1 Year): Guaranteed for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Accessories (14 Days): Guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Espy Repair LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

6. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for 90 days will be considered abandoned. Espy Repair LLC reserves the right to dispose of or repurpose abandoned devices. You will be contacted before any action is taken.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Moline, Illinois, rather than in court, except for claims of intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Espy Repair LLC regarding your repair services.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

Espy Repair LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
